Short conclusion for this event since there are 4 days left and nothing much will change for me.

I have to say that I'm glad I don't like most of the items for this event.Having less items I want makes it so much easier to get over the failure of passing all steps and obtaining everything.

The shield mini-game seems to be the one bad thing I'll take from this event. Illustration more or less - I like the idea of an event character/villain and it's a nice piece, but ultimately doesn't do much for me since Akire is not an actual character from the story.
The boss game feature happens every 3 days and 3/4 times it worked fine. Still salty about the second time and the bug, but since it's not a daily feature I don't have as much of a negative opinion about it as I do with the mini-game of shield.

Conclusion:

This is the most buggiest event I've seen on Eldarya from the day I started playing. The new ideas weren't bad. I'd suggest next time You want to implement a mini-game of sorts to an event maybe start with 1 instead of 3 ( shield, boss, final boss for the companion ). Maybe even try to create a less frustrating and stressful mini-game.
Heck, for some reason, I started to think that a quiz about Valentine itself would've been better with the daily 5 question than the mini-game.

Wish for the end: Since there seems to be a pattern with the "smaller events" I sure hope NONE of these features happen in April.

With the remaining dialog and the three day game I'm going to end up completing two of the outfits and being five points under 150 for the third. I have 22 coins from bindles but unless I put money on here I'm not even going to get the chance to play for the companion.

Spring break starts Friday for me so hopefully I can get home, where I accidently left my Christmas gift cards ;_; , before the event ends and throw $3 at beemoov. After that I'm not gonna put any more money on this game unless they properly fix and adjust the events for the rest of the year. I have never had such a hard time finding illustrations because I always have legendary pets from other events out who are slightly higher in luck. This is really disappointing because something like this doesn't just suddenly happen unless an outside force is acting on it.

Hm... Quick question... Is the illustration necessary in order to get the companion?

I hate to complain but the shield mini game is still kinda bad considering three shots are come from different directions some times with me at least any one else?

Agreed, luckily today I was actually pretty good with the game but there has been so many days where you'll get 2-3 shots aimed at you at the same time. Like how am I suppose to block that? I've tried to move the shield as fast as I can but 1/3 times is the only time I was successful.

Honestly even when I miss a few days I was able to complete last year's Valentine's event. But with this one came with alot of frustration. I do love the concept, the story and the succubus herself.

I'm sorry if I'm really annoying cause I keep on saying this, but a once a day thing like this does not fly X'D for both the regular shield game and the final boss. A mini game like should either A) Be able to be played again after a certain amount of hours. (5,12 take you pick) or be given another chance with Maana (or points to the meter with maana and not just gold)

But then again this is just my suggestion...

I really hope everyone does well though, despite the odds don't give up 

The outfits are so cute but the mini-games are so difficult to play, I can't seem to win any of them! Wish we had longer for the event, or more tries with the games so I can get the hang of them!

My heart is racing but I did it! I got the Companion!

Like the majority not a fan of the mini game. Did pass it twice with saving one heart right at the end, but it is a pain when you have two at different ends coming basically at the same time. Wish it worked like MCL where every 3 hours you can re take it.  The mini game we get every three days at least will help me complete one outfit and also to get items from some other others. Devo I wont be able to play for companion but oh well.

@Cha seems like a no brainer but try not to click on ANY valid hearts, under any circumstances. It removes time from the timer and you need these precious seconds.

Also try to make estimations of your progress. I tried to reach level 5 or at least to be halfway into the 4th when I had around 30-25 seconds left. I could usually finish the game with 15 to 9 seconds left. During my last game though, I accidently clicked on a normal heart and it made the whole thing incredibly more difficult, I had to rush like crazy... I guess luck was on my side because I still finished with 2 seconds left but it was a close call.

EDIT : Also, I don't know if it's a valid tip, as it's probably more of a personal preference, but I find it easier to click on groups of hearts in a downward motion, it seems like I'm faster this way, somehow... Or maybe in a direction where there is more free space and less rotten hearts? I don't know. It's pretty hard since we're only allowed to play once every 24 hours, but try to identify what makes it easier for you to play, even if you think it doesn't make a difference, it probably will.

Yes! I've finished the event and got the companion!
I mean I still have 4 pieces of the illustration left to find but I doubt I'll get them.

The last minigame was really difficult though...
I finished with only microseconds lefts on both victories and failed a couple times.

They have already extended it to March. They have also tweaked the mini games.

I agree- this year has been so difficult. I didn't think that I would complete it (still no illustration, but beggars can't be choosers), but here we are. My advice would just be that some games are better on a touch screen, whilst others are best with a mouse.

I agree!! A 2 day extension to make up for the bugs from the first few days and then still not having other bugs fixed and players saying they've not been able to access parts of the event should be addressed by them but they're not gonna give out more days to complete cause they want ppl to buy gc to get the last bits and then if they give out gc that defeats the point of them doing the event on their side of it...HOWEVER!! it's been proven that gaming companies who give out better rewards when they make mistakes end up making MORE PROFIT cause the players feel valued and want to buy more content!! MARKETING 101 BEEMOOV!!
They're so greedy they don't wanna reduce their profit margin even a little to potentally get more so they end up with less cause then players feel like they're being milked and don't buy as much stuff...which then makes them put on even more cash grabs

Nope, I finished all the outfits today, so I tried with my laptop, but I only just made it past the 7th stage. Stressing about the mini game doesn't help me do it better, so tomorrow I'll try on my iPad XD I don't know if a companion and a couple outfits are worth all this trouble though, especially all the bugs other players are having Listening to the players is the best thing Beemoov can do right now.

iPad might be the best thing. Try to avoid zooming in when tapping (had to redo a game so many times because of this). Maybe also try going in a pattern that is most natural for you (for me, it was starting from the top left and making my way down).

No idea if the pet is any good. I'm saving it for after the event, but I think it has pretty good luck for a baby.

Thanks for the tips, I'll keep them in mind. The extension isn't much, but it'll help that little bit to finish it (hopefully).

I'll probably have the companion tomorrow! I can't wait! I'm pretty excited about it since it's such a pretty creature! I managed to win the heart mini game with 9 seconds left. I use my drawing tablet for this so I do recommend using one for the mini games if you have one!

I don't know if someone asked before but, why don't we get the outfit from the photo?? It's pretty nice...first i though that after we finish de image we will get the outfit....not just the pic in our invetory....
