Um, I don't really like it. Strange dress (or what is it??), shoes and vest similar with shoes and vest of Little Alchemist, lace and tattos... I think there's TOO MUCH in the new outfit.

This outfit is rare that’s why the boss parchment won’t work. The next one that would be revealed would be epic and the last shadow to the very right will be legendary.

Well, seems it won't be available for us soon while I guess players on the French site cannot access either due to one reason: the qualified sewing kit cannot be made there yet since no recipe (scroll is available) for that. But at least they've got the outfit pieces and this one will have 8 pieces.
I really love the tattoo, the hat and the necklace but all together, I find this outfit nice I cannot wait to see the epic and legendary ones, not to mention the color variations of this outfit!
I don't mean to sound harsh, but oh boy, that vest thingy? One of the worst items designed yet imho, I really don't like how it looks. But I do like the way new shoes are being designed, and if possible I'll grab a pair or two of these.
I love it so much I want like 90% of it. I can do without the hat, but I'm just not a hat person in general
