Oh, I thought it was going to be a mini-event, like the ones of the rainbow and healer's outfits.

I get you can buy it, but the first part means new users get it for free?

I think this is kinda unfair that new players get to obtain what's esentially a bank outfit for free, while the "original" free outfit for everyone obtained during preregistration when players got to make their accounts back in 2015 or 2016 when the US server was launched was an outfit that became available via exploration later on when we got the Jade Coast exploration map.

I hate to say it, but this is so unfair.

I'm kinda in a critical economical period, so the fact that beemoov is getting used to throw out "outfit events" where you have to pay to get them, is kinda unfair, especially because it should be a "free to play" game.
And I MEAN, it's obvious that it's right that pay to play players have more rewards, but at the moment it's pretty clear that beemoov is working only for them.
It's a great deal, eh, but I still think that a person who would like to play the game without paying misses a way too large amount of things, honestly.

[EDIT] From what I could understand from the italian server, also new players have to pay for this pack.

Yo calm down, I just said that in the last years beemoov worked basically exclusively for pay to play players. Calm down and be empathetic because I'm not the only one who - rightfully - doesn't want to pay and it's unfair that they're making a lot of events where if you want an outfit or a companion or something, you have to pay.
I didn't disrespect anyone, so don't come to me and tell me that the way they work is right because they have to gain money. Do you really think they're pennyless?

"People at Beemov need money to live", yeah sure, then why are they disrespecting their players by making such unfair "promotions" discriminating between their new and old players? We've been here with them for years, and yet all we receive is a kick in the bum with each and every ocassion, buggy events, ignored tickets concerning issues of the game and many more. Not no mention that they just announced yesterday on some of their other servers that they'll disrupt the announcements and forum posts from the team on the foreign servers, sending the players from those servers to "either read the posts on the English forum or on the American social media of the game", which isn't it really disrespectful towards those players? Telling them that they aren't worth even 2 minutes which it would take to translate a forum post from one language to another?

To me, such a company that disrespects heavily their clients isn't worth any dime from their users, because they need to learn that people aren't just some milking cows they can use in order to buy expensive cars and whatever else CEOs do with the company's money, because to me it's clear as daylight that most of the money spent on the game doesn't go to improving the platform or the game itself (seeing as how many bugs and issues there still are and Beemov doesn't gives a musarose's butt about that).

I am calm, I am just reacting to your comment. If you want to play the Game for free, you can do that, if you want to have fancy stuff, you can use the Exploration Map, that is available nearly every Event but if you want exclusive stuff, than you will have to pay Money, no one is forcing you and if your financial Situation is bad, than you really shouldnt do it but every Person needs a payed Job to be able to pay Bills. Free to Play doesnt mean that everything has to be free.

And if you feel this way, you have every right not to spend anything on this Game, easy as that.

To answer some basic questions:

The outfit won't show up for us until 11am.

The outfit is paid for EVERYONE, new players just get the offer for a limited time when they first sign up,  meanwhile we get the offer now since it wasn't available when we all started.


Please note I am not in charge of this section and will probably not be checking this thread after this post. I just wanted to add some clarity to the situation before anything escalated too far.

That makes more sense. The way they phrased it is really confusing, specially since this is the first outfit you can directly buy and it's not tied to a recharge.

Great, so in the end they plagued this server with even more accounts that are going to be inactive, but add on to the ridiculous requirements on the community meters of the events since I assume those who obtained the infos regarding weather or not the post was true had to make a new double account in order to verify this, account which they aren't going to use ever again...*sigh*

Is it really that difficult to actually show the minimum of respect towards the player base of at least writing the public announcements correctly?! Because this clearly falls under what's basically fake marketing and missinformation nontheless as the word "to offer (to) someone something" in this context is easily associated with "to give (to) someone something" and the fact that right after that they said that the old players specifically (not "everyone") will be able to obtain it via the bank only pushes further the idea that the new players would've got this for free.*facepalms*

Ugh! Knew this would be pay only and still disappointed it is. This is a good outfit for a fall season theme. Why couldn't this outfit be on the map?!

I really like the outfit and I am glad it's only 2 euro.. could have been worse honestly. But putting aside the fact that it could have been for free.. I actually expected to be more color variations... at least for the hair

No one is saying Beemoov is wrong for offering monetary incentives for players.

The problem people have is that Beemoov is constantly shelling out paid bonus after paid bonus while offering nothing of value for those who don't pay and, even worse honestly, just being overall a bad and disrespectful company to their players.

They don't have to give us anything for free. They can give out stuff that costs Maana to those that can't or don't want to spend real money. But of all the companies to defend on this issue, Beemoov is the last one that deserves it with how little they think of their playerbase.

There's a vote going on Instagram asking if they want recolors and majority of it is yes so we'll very likely get recolors!

Could somebody please explain where to find the outfit after buying the promo pack? I've looked all through my inventory and on the site and can't find any of it's pieces >_<;
