Would love to play, but Beemoov still hasn’t fixed the bug where I can’t move forward on episode 23. Have I mentioned it’s been 2 months since I reported it! One of the reasons I joined was to play the episodes and I can’t even do that.

I am excited to finally know what Guardian origins are.

Out of curiousity, where are you stuck on it? And did they at least reply to your ticket?

I’m stuck in the beginning of the episode where you’re with your partner in your bedroom. Dialogue doesn’t appear, its only the tiny purple panel where the dialogue should be (I have a screenshot of it on the help thread for episode 23 if you want to see what I’m talking about). I also cleared my cache and cookies, and made sure my laptop was completely updated and still nothing.

I sent a ticket on Jan 18 and they replied the next day, but nothing was fixed. I then sent another response on Feb 8 and they replied with the generic “we’re working on it,” but still nothing.

I actually kinda enjoy playing/reviewing the episodes and I hate being behind by 2 episodes now.

That's so odd I've had that issue before (on a different episode) and they fixed it within 48 hours. It's definitely a server issue. I hope they get it fixed for you soon ><

Thanks, I hope they fix it soon too. I’ve been tempted to send another reply, but I don’t want them to get annoyed, although it still not being resolved is frustrating.
