Usually with event maps they have a bar to show when you can receive a free item if you go so many tries without getting one.. Am I missing something? Like did they change this and I'm just completely unaware of it?

because they removed 2015 & 2016 from the map and left the drop rate alone so the odds of collecting what you want are good enough that the 2nd chance bar isn't needed

I honestly do not get this whole „use one synonym over the other because of reasons“ logic. You can use whichever synonym you want. They are meant to convey the same message since by definition they are the same or very similar. End of story.
If someone feels attacked by someone else's comment when that person did not even call them out nor was their post meant to be for them then I have no idea what to tell you because I cannot understand how you can even get to that point.
They don't like – fine. You like – fine. Where is the problem?
You do not have to explain yourself to no end. People can read between the lines as well. This is not writing a doctorate, it's writing a comment on a game forum.
If you want to use emoticons to break the "mood" of your post in case someone might think you sound mean - that's fine.
If you don't want to bother with it - it's fine as well.

I write this as a suggestion now. You can't help someone not being triggered by your posts. That happens too. You can't help someone reading your comment in an angry state and then in a calm state and having two different vibes from the same comment. It happens too.
I think that as long as you follow the forum rules, you will be fine ( no curses, no personal attacks, etc. )
So use any synonym you want to. Really, it doesn't matter.

And now for the part which has directly to do with this event:
My first opinion still stands. On here and on the other discussion forum for this event.
Now, I would like to add a bit to that:
Have to say they might not have chosen the best color options to present certain sets in the pictures. I've found other color options and I have to say they look better than the ones used in the first post.
Another thing is that when piled up the sets look a bit weird to me. When I look at the items separately, it looks so much better.

@minah I'd love to be able to agree with you on this but since I've been attacked over using words other ppl got triggered by, but I thought were harmless, I can't agree so it's probly better if ppl use the least offensive words possible to save them from the kind if heinous trolling I've had ^=^

Can someone tell me the other names for the new outfits. I know one is the winter warrior but what are the other 3.

Welp my legendary event companion just came back empty handed for the second time. I like that we are able to get mostly new stuff this time but there’s no reason for such a companion to not even bring back one item.

They likely upped the drop rate as their reasoning for not needing the 2nd Chance Bar~

Outfits don't look very christmasy (if thats even a word lol) but they're still cute.

I was pondering whether I should write about this since I don’t know if the team actually reads these threads, but I just feel like the Beemoov could do better than this, so here goes…

-An essay about the clothes-

I feel like the quality of clothes has decreased lately. At some point I thought that perhaps they hired a new drawer since I noticed that some of the coloring wasn’t the best. In these pieces I felt like there were parts that felt like they lacked shading/lighting/texture. As if someone just put a bit of darker shade, then lighter shade and then just blurred it.

So now that I saw the new Christmas outfits, here's some thoughts. There have always been clothes that are more simple than others, but even then the clothes look just fine. This years Christmas outfits are already less detailed than usually and for that, I think, the bland coloring stands out even more.

Magicold shirt

This shirt in particular caught my eye and just doesn’t look quite as good as others. Again, the shading feels too bland in my opinion.

Hood

The shading of the hood makes it look too flat. I guess they were going for a shiny material kind of look, but it just doesn’t look right to me. Like @Vaihanai said, it lacks dimension. I feel like it should have wrinkles.

I don’t know if this events outfits were rushed or not but it feels like they were. Overall these outfits are simpler than usually, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but I think we're so used to “over the top” outfits by now, which is why these might have been a disappointment to some people. I think it would have been better if they had had both, simple outfits and more detailed ones as well.
We have seen so many gorgeous outfits before, so I know that the team can do better. I hope that the Valentine’s event will have as awesome outfits as always ^^

Here’s some things that I do like from this event:
•    Sparkle desert background: very gorgeous.
•    All the pastel-multicolor pieces of Disco Ice Skater
•    Magicold Girl Flakes and Scepter
•    I like how in the shop, on the Hair page, you can see the “default” color of each hair.
•    There were no new tacky, clichee outfits (e.g. An elf, gift) :D

And finally, I hope that everyone on this forum remembers that the employees of Beemoov are people. You wouldn’t call someones artwork ugly, now would you? That’s what these clothes are, they are someones drawings. Please keep that in mind when voicing your opinion.

No internet? Good lord! Where are you going, the 1800's?!

LOL most definitely feels like it. Its a very small village located on a mountain. You only get 1 bar of signal, but that's only if you walk down 45 mins into a town.

...walking is good. Good exercise.

I was really looking forward to get some more of the older items... For those that complain they keep getting them and keep having to sell them... FYI if you don't sell them you won't keep getting them. I really wanted to get my hands on some of the older items that I really love, now I'll have to cash for all the energy they cos in the store. Not gonna happen... Did you really have to give Beemov another reason to rake up even more cash with 0 effort?
