guys, i found an easily way how to beat this mini-game.
i remembered about a program named macro recorder. it allows you to record your movements and then it'll play the same movements as you did. you can record while you're pressing on the colors that are shown, and then click on "play" and it'll play your movements. i just tried and it actually works. it's super easy this way, you don't have to memorize anything. (since i cannot memorize things in seconds, i almost gave up until i remembered about this program)

For me writing the colors (or rather the letter they start with) on a paper has helped a lot. I was also thinking just taking a video of the crystals when they play.
Also started wondering, how long will the replay wait time be in the end? I mean, it's just day 3 and it is already 1h

It started so well then got so much worse. Doesn't help that I can't remember sequences at all...

Also am I the only one who can't find any bait? Or is it just not available unless you buy it?

The waiting time increased, 12 GC for one crystal and the music hurts my ears so I turned my volume off.

On the other hand, the outfits and companion are really nice. The game isn't hard. I remember the last music day game...or maybe it was the year before? It was really, really 1000x hard.

For this, you just need to keep your eye on it and write down the initial of the colors if you have a hard time memorizing it. RYBP...If you use a video, by the time you play it, the timer will end.

Anyways, thanks for the hard work guys.

I really don't like the memory mini-game. I got the first 3 rounds fine but after that it just gets way too long and complicated! Why does the wait time for each play increase? Wouldn't it be better just to have a set time like an hour per play or something rather than having to wait longer and longer to play? It seems like I'm being punished regardless of whether I do well or not. The time limit and the repeat tune limit also doesn't help make the game any better. I tried recording it and copying the tune but there's just not enough time for that. I thought this was gonna be better than the piano mini game last year but I guess I was wrong.

Just like I don't care to read anything past high school in MCL because they changed it so yeah... In the end I'm just hoping they do change for those who are staying and at least attempt to pretend like they care.

Completely agreeing with everything you said! It's silly at this point that they are still setting up the waiting time, despite everyone disliking it and the fact that it doesn't even make any sense whatsoever (I mean yeah sure aside from us having to use money to get finished).

I am loving the outfits! I must say though that I was dissapointed to find that each day, wait times between each try gets longer

I've been beating the game by recording on snapchat when the count down begins (don't post it! Just keep it on preview), and then I click around following the video I made. If I get lost, I just wait for the video to restart. I hope that helps

This increasing wait time after each play of the minigame is so frustrating.

Same with exploration: all I'm finding is that new companion, but considering the bait is only in the shop? I guess? I have no interest in catching it, but I'd like to get some outfit pieces from last year.

The minigame is annoying and a waste of precious time.

the writing down method actually failed me for the first time.
I swear I wrote it down right, but when I followed what I had written it was wrong.
and THERE WAS NO LISTEN AGAIN BUTTON. So I couldn't even CHECK if what I wrote down was right or not.

also, @Guardian had previously said refreshing a failed round let you retry. They fixed that in a flash cuz that didn't work for me.

I've failed 3 rounds total now. If I fail more than 3 more I can' complete the outfit.

I'm honestly just waiting for them to make some minor change to create the illusion that they are "listening to us" which is just something they could have done from the start. That's pretty much on course for every other Event that gets a bunch of backlash these days.

Seriously, I hope this is evidence to anyone who still doubts that Beemoov does this stuff ON PURPOSE. They know we wouldn't like the wait times, or the low drop rate, or the game getting stupidly harder every day. They put up screwed Events on purpose so they can "fix them" and try to put on a good look for whoever still falls for this tired routine every time.

Personally I gave up on the exploration coz the only outfit pieces I could find were doubles of the underwear and hair, no matter where the heck I was looking for. Like what's the use in having tons of color variations of the same 2 items if I can't get the other outfit pieces anyways?! And that blue companion is a pain in the ass, making you waste mana every 2 damn explorations. I ended up buying it from the market at a reasonable price since buying the bait from the shop it's expensive itself and you have very shallow chances of a successful capture.

I personally don't have problems with the waiting time but the mini-game is so annoying sometimes. The only way I can do it is by writing it down.
I really like this event and I don't really have issues with it, except the fact that the only way you can get the event companion is if you buy the bait from the shop, did exactly that and I failed to catch it, so kinda sad about that.

I feel like they aren't even trying to make us satisfied. Have they tried the game themselves and come to the conclusion that it's playable.

I'm not good with letters so if you are still struggling and want an alternative option
what I do is write to the search bar numbers from 1-4 one being the most left one and four the far right. The only problem with that is that for some reason it doesn't play the sound.

(I also have a way to try again if I mess up so if you want to know message me it worked earlier at least)

I'm also starting to wonder is it's even possible to find the Wispirit bait or does it have to be bought...

But if bought you'd only have to buy the bit (360maana) five times to make it the price of the egg (1800maana) So if you don't manage to catch it I'd say it's a waste of maana.
