Hello Guardians!

Following your feedback concerning the selection of the five new colors on A New Era, a new vote will occur.

The white wig color (row 1, column 2), chosen by all the servers, will join the range of colors soon!
The second color variation chosen in this topic, as well as the third color chosen here and the fourth color chosen here will return as well.

Here is some useful information for the selection:

* None of the 20 colors already present on A New Era will be removed and 5 new colors will be added to the panel. 25 color variations will be offered for the future wigs.
* The colors that are already available on A New Era (icon “✓”), as well as the colors for which you can vote (number), are shown in the images below for a better visibility of the already available panel of colors.

* One post per color will be created.

* You can vote for color #5 until January 24, 2021 included.

Note: Following feedback concerning the second vote, voting on the forums is now subject to restrictions. Only Guardians who have reached level 5 and have 7 days of active gameplay will be able to vote.

@NoName_NoPower numbers 15, 20, 21 and 24 aren't particularly popular on other servers, so they have really slim chances to win.

So the best option is voting for number 2 /static/img/forum/smilies/wink.png

This will be a battle between #2 and #3 as expected.
I voted for #3 and hope it wins.

#2 is currently in the lead at 19.9%
#3 has 15.4%

On the French server the two are in a dead heat
#2 has 16.8%
#3 has 16.4%

I really don't want to lose either color, but prefer the purplish black over silver.

I don't think any of the remaining greens are very popular, so I doubt any of them will win. It's a shame because all the shades between the two greens are so different. That being said, I'm happy we at least managed to save some of the other unique colors.

In Hungarian server
#2 has 21,2%
#3 has 12,8%

I prefer the silver color - this is my favorit -, and I hope this color will be the winner... but I feel sorry for all hair.

Looks like the final round will be #2 or #3. Such a shame a lot of the other colors can't still be added, but I'm going for #3 because I like it more than #2. Something about that light black with a purple tint is really beautiful and has grown on me.

✵ And me as well, it's a lovely colour (alongside #15 which is my favourite colour of all time). Indeed I prefer #20 over those 2 which are the most popular now. Anyway I wish we had them all. ✵

If anyone is interested here's how top 3 looks like on all servers:

BR: 21 (16,4%), 3 (10,9%), 1 (9,2%)
DE: 7 (11,6%), 3 (10,6%), 8 (10,3%)
ES: 3 (19%), 2 (18,6%), 1 (8,5%)

It's kind of impossible for there to be a tie. I can't imagine they're letting there be a winner from each server and seeing which one wins the most

They must be looking at the total votes for each number regardless of the server. They're just unable to show live results across all servers because we're on separate servers. There's no united server for us all to vote on.

so unless the exact same amount of people vote for each, there won't be a tie. We can only see percentages to make the vote more fair. They can probably see the exact amount of people. 15% of the total votes on a server could be 15% of 300 or 15% of 3000. You never know.

@up yeah i know it makes more sense to just add all votes but during the first voting (the canceled one) they just checked which colours won on different servers and that's how they chose winners. No idea how they do it this time.

They didn't say that's how they chose the winner, they merely said "this color won on x amount of servers"
Because they were doing a top 5, if a server had one of the winning colors in their top 5, they can say that, but that doesn't mean it wasn't voted 3rd overall if you tally the votes together. Nothing they told us tells me they didn't take a majority rules across all servers for all winners. either they combined all # of votes or they combined all # of percentages, to avoid servers with higher populations from swinging the vote. The only thing different between now and then is we all get to vote one at a time.
