We are currently experiencing an issue with our European servers.
A major fire was declared on the morning of Tuesday, March 10 at the site of our host's datacenter in Strasbourg, France (OVH).
We are sending them our support and are working together with their teams to get everything back to normal as quickly as possible.

After the most recent exchanges with our partner OVH, we will have more specific information around March 22.
We know that this news isn’t what you had hoped for, and we are keeping all our wings crossed for the game to return.
For the few guardians that are asking why the Portuguese and English versions are not impacted: the servers for these two versions are not located in Strasbourg, France. Their servers were not victims of the fire, and are operational.

On Friday, March 19, OVH encountered an on-site technical problem (smoke in a battery room) and therefore had to adapt its schedule for Eldarya Europe. The teams are waiting for new information and are keeping their fingers crossed.
Concerning episode 4 of A New Era, we understand your disappointment and your desire to discover more about this mission in the mountains! Today, our main objective is to move forward with Eldarya Europe. We will communicate about episode 4 as soon as possible.
