Really like the outfits in this event! But does anyone know how the minigame scoring works? I got 125 perfect snowflakes on my first try, but since then I've only managed to get 50 per round

Does it depend on the points we get in the game or how many special combos we get or what? I don't remember what I did differently the first time I played so I'm a bit confused :-D

How many snowflakes are we supposed to get from the game to complete the event in time?

I'm assuming we have to fill the meter below that so 3000 snowflakes?

Just got my first item piece by collecting 500 snowflakes so I'm assuming you have to collect 500 snowflakes instead of 500 fragments?

I played the game more or less 5 times before obtaining a pice of clothing. If u made a 500 point in the game and the meters didn't process anything, I suggest you to contact the support.

Can your companion only bring back melted snow once a day? Because after that first 500 my companion has brought back no snow at all

It should be possible to find more, my companion has found it four times so far.

Oh great, another community meter. With everyone busy over Christmas, who wants to bet we have another repeat of the previous failure of this mechanism during an event? I'm glad we're not being baited into paying for what is an unachievable companion, but come on!

I'm having difficulties getting the first outfit item from Perfect Snowflakes after waiting. It says it's done but I haven't gotten the  pop up. I tried to refresh the page, using different browser - nothing seems to work.

Edit: Never mind, you just have to press the finish button in order to get the item.

But the outfits are nice, I really like the Delicate Warm outfit.

They're seriously need to reduce how much point is needed for the second outfit pieces or raise the points gained with the minigame. And fast.
I don't know that minigame so well, )even if I knew I don't think I would be better at it) the point is that I can only gain 50 something with one game and even playing all the melted snow I gathered today I'm nowhere near to have a piece of the second and third outfits.

I belive you get snowflake fragments based on how well did you do in the minigame. Max snowflakes you can get in one game is 300, if your score is high enough (like 350-400).

Highest score I have gotten was 490 and it gave me 300 snowflake fragments.

I got over 500 points in the minigame (maybe around 520-530, I don't remember anymore), and it gave me 300 snowflake fragments as well. So yeah, that's the maximum amount we can get. I just don't know what's the minimum point requirement for that.

Another year of whack outfits and the best hair option this year is the paid one.

Well, at least there's no pressure to finishing the Event.

I'm very curious how the points and the snow somethings connected, yesterday no matter whether I gained 190 or 299 points I received 50 snow something. Now with pure luck I reached 328 and I received 125 snow something.
It doesn't seem well-proportioned.
Also, I don't think I reach 300 points ever again.

Is it just me or they made the gem game more difficult? I mean, before, when I got over 350 points, I'd get 300 flakes, but now, with almost 400 points I got only 125, what's with this bs?!

I haven't experienced that. Last round I got 381 points and received 300, and on the German server I received 503 points and received 300 too. But i do know that they tend to give you 50 flakes if you have below 250 or something, which is too low imo. Not every round turns out good.

That's absurd! I had 380 on my second round and still got 125 snowflakes! Are they for real, just 381 and over give you 300 flakes?!

They must have rigged this mini game. There's a LOT of match games out there and this is basically bejeweled.

But I'm just a little peeved because the 1st round I played yesterday was practice. I got a score of over 500. The subsequent rounds which weren't practice I could only get half that score (if that).

Yesterday I was only able to get in the 200s most of the time and maybe got above 300 once. If you get under 300 you get 50 snowflakes, but if you get over 300 you get 125 snowflakes. I wish the 500 round was for real. I can't imagine how many it'd be. Maybe 250 snowflakes?

The reason I say it's rigged is that the starting placement of each color is in a specific pattern where there's only a SINGLE match to start the game. It doesn't give the player the opportunity to choose between multiple moves to start off with. It's like if you had to choose your first move in chess, but your pawn can't move 2 spaces and the knight can't jump the pawns.

It's like they're giving us the illusion of playing a matching game when they've practically predetermined it.

I did notice yesterday that multiple rounds had the only first move option in the exact some spot using the exact same color.

Like I know a game like Pokemon Shuffle is super rigged too, but not in this way. The piece placement is actually random because there's multiple moves that can be made first.

Maybe this is their first time coding a game like this so I'll give them a pass. But seriously, at least try to make it feel like you can choose your starting strategy. It really irks me that like all the blues are on a diagonal from left to right but there's not a single match you can make around them in order to trigger a combo because you only have one choice for your first move.

I don't mind the game I just wish it wasn't so dang buggy I've lost quite a few really good scores because it froze up on me.

So I really don't understand the scoring system, cuz I swear I only got 50 snowflakes when I got under 300, but I got 125 once when I got over 300 once.

I got over 300 for the 2nd time and got 300 snowflakes? Does it have something to do with combos and nothing to do with your "score" or do you always get 300 snowflakes if you score over 350 in the game?

side note: TWICE I was going for my highest score since my great practice round, I'll have almost 400 points and the game freezes. I know it's not on purpose but it feels like they designed the game to crash if you score too high orz. I've yet to complete the game when I get a good score cuz it always freezes after a long combo or something.

The scoring is definitely confusing Im pretty much done with 2 of the outfits in the middle one (game) that I still have a lot left.
