What is the Bank?
The Bank is a system that allows players to acquire Maanas (without having to wait for the next day!) or Gold Coins.



This is a paid service: you will spend real money to purchase Maanas and Gold Coins at the Bank.

Purchased item was not received. / My transaction didn't work!
It can happen that certain transactions take longer to be credited to your account. The waiting time may be affected by an overload in the games' servers, or by a problem on the side of the payment provider.





If you have not received the items you purchased after 30 minutes or 1 hour, try logging-out of your account and then logging back in to see if it is a display problem.





After you have done this and you still don't see your purchased items, please contact support at Beemov by using the form at the bottom of the page.

SMS Code not received!
If you have used a mobile phone for a transaction and you did not receive a code, please contact the customer service of the payment provided you used (Mobiyo or OneBip).  The Beemoov support team cannot provide assistance since the problem does not lie within Moonlight Lovers.

I purchased the wrong item.
If you realize that you have made an error in your purchase at the Bank (for example: you bought 200 Pieces of Gold instead of 200 Maana), the support team at Beemoov is able to help you only if the purchased items have not been used.
