For reasons unique to Google Play and/or the Apple Store,  the application for Eldarya may have problems or may be unavailable for download in certain countries. Beemoov is unable to resolve any issues at this level.

Finally, certain Android tablets do not have access to Google Play.

Certain Archos tablets, even though they are Androids, may not have access to the Google Store. Please check with the manufacturer or search the internet to learn how to solve this problem.

No support requests will be received by Beemoov in regards to these products.

How do I update my application?
An application update occurs to correct any bugs in the current version or to add improvements to the game. Updates are important and can sometimes allow you to unblock any problems with your game.

For an Apple device (iPhone, iPad ou iPod), you can visit the App Store, select Updates on the bottom of your screen (a red number with indicate how many updates are available for your device).

A list of updates will be shown. Click on the desired application update or you can choose "Update All".

For an Android device, you can visit the Play Store, click the icon in the top left corner, then choose My Applications, and then Update.



In both cases, you must have internet connection to update your device.

How do I update my iOS / Android version?
An update for your iOS or Android version sometimes allows you to unblock a problem in your game. Therefore it is important to update your version systematically.

On an Apple device (iPhone, iPad, iPod), go to Settings → General → Software Update.

If an update is available, it will be shown here. Follow the instructions on your device to install the update.

On an Android device, go to Settings → System → Advanced Options → System Update.

These directions may vary slightly according to the brand of your device. Most manufacturers add their own software overlay, but the structure should remain similar.
