First and foremost, NEVER give out your password, even to an administrator.
If you still have access to your email address associated with the account, you can reset your password by following this steps listed here: Reset My Password.
If you cannot access your email account, or you do not receive the email to reset your password, please contact us by using the contact form at the bottom of this page. An account recovery form will be sent to you by one of our support agents to verify that you are the owner of the account.
We would like to inform you that if your account has been reset to zero, we are not able to undo this action. Beemoov is not responsible for any damage to your account in case of theft, and we are unable to reimburse any losses.
Finally, for any requests to reset the password, we will verify that multiple accounts do not exist for one user. The Beemoov support team reserves the right to suspend one or multiple accounts for an indefinite amount of time.
If you would like to include an image, please add an image link to your message, as Beemoov support cannot process attachments.
How do I change my email address or my password?
To change your email address or password, go to your Account page at the top of the screen:

How do I change my username?
To change your username, click on the portrait of your Guardian:
Then click on the "Pen" icon next to your current username:
Enter your new username and confirm.
Please note that it costs 500 Pieces of Gold to change your username.
How does Vacation Mode work?
To put your account in Vacation Mode, go to Account:
In Other Options, click Vacation Mode:
Confirm your password and click Activate:
Putting an account in Vacation Mode is putting the game on pause.
It is not necessary to feed your companion. However, you cannot play the game and you do not earn your daily Maanas.
To avoid abuse of this option, you must wait 72 hours before you can turn off Vacation Mode, once it's activated.
How do I make a friend request?
To add someone as a friend, go to their profile and click on the icon to the right of the envelope icon.
You can also add a Guardian as friendly directly through your private message area.
To do this, click on My Contacts :
Enter the person's username in the field: Find Other Players:
When you pass the cursor over their profile image, you will see the option to Add as a Friend:
Who do I contact if we are multiple players using the same internet connection?
Having multiple accounts for one player is prohibited on Eldarya.
If multiple players are using the same internet connection, you can contact the Moderation Team so they can add you to our list of "Multiple Players Using the Same IP Address".
In the case of dispute, the administrators can run a verification to determine the accuracy of your situation.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, follow these instructions:
• Go to Account
• Under Other Options, choose Delete Account
The deletion of an account is permanent, so be sure that is what you want to do!
